I love to manage complex construction or renovation projects!
I am able to break down the big picture to determine every small task that needs to happen in order to reach the goal. Of course, then I take all those movings parts and organize them so nothing gets overlooked – THIS IS THE STUFF I LOVE!





Housekeeping comes with its own set of challenges. I’m a great motivator and lead by example. Of course I have a bunch of ways to be sure standards are being maintained and items are being cared for properly!

This particular household had very limited time available for the housekeepers so every minute counted.
Typically I don’t find this sort of intense scheduling to be necessary, but in this case it was.
The schedule rotates areas and duties between 2 separate cleaning crews for a total of 3 days every week – this ensured that every square inch of the 15,000+ sq. ft. home was cleaned appropriately, including seasonal and annual cleaning projects – nothing got overlooked!
